An important aspect of our housing units is that no site preparation or cement foundation is required consequently there is no damage to the land or vegetation.  Also, there is no need for heavy construction equipment, as there is no component of the system too heavy for two people to handle.  Construction of the 12x14 foot master unit can be accomplished by two men merely digging four holes, three feet deep, for the aluminum beam section supports, then compressing the dirt and leveling the frame with gravel or rocks.  The basic unit can be constructed in as little as 3 days.  The structure can then be easily assembled by following the directions.  No special construction knowledge or skills are required.  The cellular concept makes it possible to add other rooms, hallways, and stairwells to accommodate owner preference.  Modular panels, with a variety of possibilities for interior and exterior design, may be replaced as needed to provide additional doors, windows, and ventilation ducts.  This housing system may be assembled as a free standing structure or expanded to a variety of configurations from a one or two story multi-room house to a townhouse with a sundeck.
