Most modern housing concepts, including modular systems, are
primarily designed and constructed with Western technology and
infrastructure necessary for the construction and maintenance of
the system. Therefore substantial costs are required to
adequately provide up-to-date housing. These costs are often
far beyond the means of most developing countries.
This structure is specifically designed for tropical and
equatorial areas, with the main goal being to provide the
simplest, most inexpensive, and strongest housing available
through modern technology.
Our housing system is designed to provide the maximum in
self-sufficiency. It can be equipped with its own water
collection, storage, heating, purification, and distribution
systems. It can be equipped with a photovoltaic system for
electrical production and storage that is capable of supplying
basic electrical needs and it has a solar-assisted waste
disposal aeration system. The unit also features a cathodic
protection system to protect its metal components from corrosion
or ionization.
